YOGA ADULT CLASSES
Monday 19:30 - 20.30
Beginners Yoga (non-dogmatic):
This class is designed for students who have never practiced yoga or have practiced less than 50 hours of yoga. It will be a balance of vinyasa flow with time and space for questions and personal adjustments like a workshop. Curious newcomers of all ages, sizes, genders, and physical capability are welcome and encouraged to join!
Wednesday 19:30 - 20.30
Intermediate Yoga (non-dogmatic):
This class is designed for students who have practiced yoga (or similar physical activity such as dance) for more than 50 hours. It will be a fast-paced vinyasa flow including standing, core, arm-balancing, pranayama and floor sequences. Previous knowledge of the Asanas is required as there will be less instruction for basic postures to allow more room for the flow. Students searching for an intense mind-body connection are encouraged to join!
